Problem
Job-market data is spread across monthly files and needs consistent transformation before role and skill demand can be compared.

Twelve monthly datasets totaling 479K job records, prepared through Power Query and M Language transformations.
Approach
Built automated ETL in Power Query, modeled fields for interactive axis toggling, and wrote DAX measures for skill-demand aggregation.
Results
Delivered a dashboard that quantifies market demand with dynamic skill popularity percentages by position and role segment.
Lessons Learned
Analytics dashboards become more useful when the data model supports flexible questions instead of one fixed chart story.
